The 2009 Manchester Christmas Meeting will focus on the forward physics program at the LHC and the proposed forward detector upgrades to the LHC experiments.

The workshop will be held at the University of Manchester's Chancellors Conference Centre, which provides accomodation, meals and conference facilities on-site.

We begin on Saturday 12th December at lunchtime and finish on Monday 14th in the evening. The discussion on Saturday is a pre-conference for ATLAS-FP and CMS HPS.
